This privacy statement ("Privacy Statement") explains how Tongfu Ltd. collects, uses, and discloses information and applies to information collected when you use or access our products, services, or applications (collectively, "SmartPackZen Services") or otherwise interact with us. We respect the privacy rights of our users and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected about you.

If you do not agree to any changes to this Privacy Statement and do not want your information to be subject to the revised Privacy Statement, you will need to deactivate our Services and cease using the SmartPackZen Services. Your use of any SmartPackZen Service following the posting of such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
We may collect certain user information (including personal information and/or sensitive personal information) in the following ways:
Information you provide to us. We may collect information you provide directly to us, including when you visit our App, register for and/or use one of the SmartPackZen Services. For example, we collect information when you register for an account with SmartPackZen, access and use the SmartPackZen Services (including, without limitation, when you upload information, download information, scan items or other information), participate in any interactive features of the SmartPackZen Services, participate in surveys, contests, promotions, sweepstakes, activities or events, make purchases, apply for a job, request customer support, or communicate with us through third-party social media sites.
The types of information we may collect directly from you include your email address, phone number, information about your stored items, and stored content you upload/modify. We also store files or other information you upload or provide to the SmartPackZen Services ("Content") to be able to provide you with the features and functionality of the SmartPackZen Services.
Third-party information, such as name, email address, etc., may be provided to enable the functionality and features of the SmartPackZen Services. For example, if you invite users to use the SmartPackZen Services to collaborate on content you specify.
Information we collect automatically when you use the SmartPackZen Services. When you access or use the SmartPackZen Services, we may automatically collect information about you, including:
Usage Information: We monitor user activity related to the SmartPackZen Services and may collect information about the applications and features you use, the websites you visit, the content you access, and any actions related to accessing and using content in the SmartPackZen Services.
Log Information: When you access and use the SmartPackZen Services, we log information about you, including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, access times, device type, and Internet Service Provider (“ISP”).
Device Information: If you access the SmartPackZen Services through a mobile device, we collect information about that device, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information (mobile network permitted), or platform information (certain platform types permitted). If you experience errors or crashes while using any SmartPackZen Services, we may collect data (using first-party or third-party products) and logs from your device, including the device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, application configuration, time and date, and other statistics.
Information We Collect from Other Sources.
We may also obtain information from third parties and combine it with information we collect through the SmartPackZen Services. For example, if you create or log into your online account through the Services, or otherwise provide us with access to information on the Services, we may have access to certain information from third-party social media services. Any such information we access from third-party social media services is subject to the privacy statements and authorization procedures determined by the social media services. We protect data obtained from third parties in accordance with the practices described in this Policy and any additional restrictions imposed by the source of the data.
We may use the information we collect for the limited purpose of providing the SmartPackZen Services and related features and services, as described in this Privacy Statement and as permitted by applicable law. These limited purposes include as needed to provide or perform services requested by or for you or where you have expressly consented. This information may be used for a variety of purposes, including:
To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the SmartPackZen Services;
To enable you to access and use the SmartPackZen Services, including uploading information, scanning items, scanning labels, inventory tracking, and downloading information.
Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
Provide and deliver the services and features you request, process and complete transactions, and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and/or downloadable label delivery;
Respond to your comments, questions, and requests and provide customer service and support;
Communicate with you about services, features, surveys, newsletters, offers, promotions, contests, and provide other news or information about Tongfu Ltd., SmartPackZen, and our selected partners;
Process and deliver contest or sweepstakes entries and prizes;
Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity related to SmartPackZen Services, and for marketing or advertising purposes;
Investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to SmartPackZen Services, and other illegal activity;
Personalization and Improvement SmartPackZen Services and provide content, features and/or advertising tailored to your interests and preferences, or otherwise customize your experience on the SmartPackZen Services;
From time to time, send you push notifications to update you on events or activities related to the SmartPackZen Services. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you can turn them off at the device level. To ensure that you receive the correct notifications, we collect certain information about your device, such as operating system and user identity information;
Link or combine with other information we receive from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better services;

Help you share optional public-enabled tags at your discretion for others to scan and view content.
By accessing or using the SmartPackZen Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in the United States and other countries and regions that may have different privacy laws than the country in which you reside.
We do not share personal information about you or any Content with any third party except as described in this Privacy Statement or in connection with the SmartPackZen Services. For example, we may share personal information about you, including the following:
Comply with Laws: If (a) we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (b) to enforce our agreements, policies and Terms of Service, (c) to protect the security or integrity of the SmartPackZen Services, (d) to protect Tongfu Ltd., our customers or the public from harm or illegal activity, (e) to respond to an emergency where we believe in good faith that we need to disclose information to assist in preventing the death or serious bodily injury of any person, or (f) to any other third party with your prior consent. Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
Aggregate or Anonymous Data: We may also share aggregate or anonymized information that does not directly identify you with third parties.
The SmartPackZen Service provides a sharing feature that allows you to make your tags/suitcases/boxes public so that others not connected to your account can scan your SmartPackZen tags and view their contents. Content viewing is read-only and cannot be modified/edited/deleted except through the original owner account of the SmartPackZen tag. You can choose to make any SmartPackZen tag public or private. By default, tags are set to private.
Security
While no service is completely secure, Tongfu Ltd. takes reasonable steps to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. For example, we encrypt your content while it is stored in our data centers. In addition, all network communications with the SmartPackZen Service are protected by encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, during transmission over the Internet.
The servers on which personal information is stored are kept in a controlled environment with restricted access. While we take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we intentionally collect directly from you, no security system is impenetrable. In addition, we cannot guarantee that any information you choose to include in your SmartPackZen label containers stored in our systems is at a level of protection that meets your specific needs or obligations with respect to that information.
You may only access your account information and our services through the use of a personal user ID and password. To protect the confidentiality of your personal information, you must keep your email/password combination confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Account Information. You may modify/edit/delete any information you have attached to any SmartPackZen label and container at any time using any of our supported endpoints. If you wish to deactivate your account, please email support@bfhosehold.com, but please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time. We will respond to your access request within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We will retain personal data that we process on behalf of our customers in accordance with the instructions of our paying customers. Tongfu Ltd. will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements.
Social Media Features and Widgets The SmartPackZen Services may include social media features. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set cookies to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the SmartPackZen Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statements of the companies providing them.
Any SmartPackZen-related website, blog, social media channel, or video channel hosted by Tongfu Ltd. is public. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who visit them.
To request removal of your personal information from our blog or testimonials, please contact us at the email address listed above. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know why we cannot.
Testimonials
Among other endorsements, we display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our websites, advertisements, social media channels, and video channels.
We may place links on the SmartPackZen Services. When you click on a link to a third-party website from our app/website, your activities and use on the linked website are subject to the policies of that website and not those of Tongfu Ltd. We encourage you to visit their website and review their privacy and user policies.
SmartPackZen Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@bfhosehold.com. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
